Kon Tum Robusta Coffee Farm of Ms. Duyen

Kon Tum Robusta Coffee Farm of Ms. Duyen is a young Thien Truong Robusta farm at 600 m above sea level in Ha Mon commune, Dak Ha district, Kon Tum province, in Vietnam's Central Highlands.

The region
Dak Ha district is known as the coffee capital of Kon Tum province. It has the largest coffee area in the province, and its coffee is protected by the geographical indication "Dak Ha coffee". The province itself takes its name from the Ba Na language, in which kon means village and tum means lake.

Soil and climate
Kon Tum has the tropical monsoon climate of the Central Highlands, with a rainy season from around May to October and a dry season from November to April. Most coffee in the Central Highlands grows on red-brown basalt soils, which are deep, loose and well drained. Coffee blossoms turn the farms white in March and April, and the cherries ripen in the dry months at the end of the year.

The land
Rubber trees are intercropped through the farm to give the coffee shade and protect it from the wind.

Trees and variety
Ms. Duyen planted the Thien Truong variety across 0.6 hectares in August 2025.

Farming
A drip irrigation system delivers water directly to the base of every tree.

Processing
Cherries are processed natural (dry) and sorted to screen 16–18.
