Seven filter bags. Three highland regions. One guided journey through the flavors of Vietnamese specialty coffee - pour-over simple, no equipment.
Most Vietnamese coffee arrives in your cup as a single anonymous flavor. The Drip Collection refuses that.
Inside one paper box, we've laid out a guided tasting flight across three of Vietnam's most distinct coffee regions. Seven filter bags, each ground and pre portioned to 15 grams, each labeled with its origin, altitude, and flavor profile. No grinder. No scale. No barista skills required — just hot water and three minutes.
It's the easiest way to taste why Vietnamese coffee is so much more than the commodity Robusta the world thinks it is.
The Collection is sequenced as a flight - light to bold, north to south, Arabica to Robusta. Brew them in order, and you'll travel 1,200 kilometers of Vietnam in a single morning.
Each region in the Collection comes from a distinct microclimate, altitude, and process. Brew them on three different days, or all in one sitting - either way, the difference between them is the whole point.
The high-altitude opener. Begin the flight here.
Grown at 1,300m in the misty primeval-forest highlands of Kon Tum, this honey-processed Arabica is the cup the brand is named for. It opens bright with orange citrus acidity, settles into a balanced midpalate, and finishes long and sweet. The lightest cup in the Collection - and the one that proves Vietnamese coffee is more than its Robusta reputation.

The volcanic middle. Where body meets sweetness.
From 800m on the basalt plateaus of Gia Lai, soil born of the same volcanic activity as our Chư Đăng Ya Volcanic Series. Naturally processed, this Robusta carries a full body, a mineral aroma drawn from the basalt, and an unexpected layer of chocolate and honey that softens the strength. The bridge cup of the flight: deeper than Măng Đen, smoother than Đắk Lắk.

The bold close. The classic Vietnamese cup.
From 650m in the heart of Vietnam's Robusta belt — the region that put the country on the world coffee map as the second-largest producer on earth. Honey-processed, deeply roasted, this is the strongest cup in the Collection: dark chocolate up front, roasted nuts (macadamia, walnut, almond) on the finish. The most familiar flavor profile of Vietnamese coffee — but in its highest expression.
