1300’S COFFEE INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY

• Products are manufactured according to ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, or Kosher standards (depending on the market).
• Ensures that moisture content, caffeine content, and pesticide residue levels meet the food safety standards of the importing country.

• Company-branded products: Packaging is provided according to international language standards (English) or the language requested by the distributor if the committed production volume is met.
• Private Label products (OEM/Private Label): Custom manufacturing is available based on the importer’s formula and packaging. The buyer is responsible for trademark and design copyright.

• By Container: Minimum 1 x 20ft container (supports mixing/blending of different product lines: instant, roasted and ground in the same container for distributors to easily test the market).
• By SKU (Product Code): Minimum 2,000 – 5,000 product units (packets/boxes) per production run to optimize packaging printing costs.

• Basic Level (Production volume reaches MOQ – 2 containers/quarter): Standard wholesale price applies.
• Silver Level (Production volume from 3 – 5 containers/quarter): 2% discount on the total order value.
• Gold Level (Production volume over 5 containers/quarter): 4% discount on the total order value.

• The importer has the right to request exclusive distribution rights for one or a group of product lines in a specific country/territory.
• Minimum Order Commitment: To maintain exclusive rights, the distributor must commit to a minimum order growth each year (e.g., minimum 12 containers/year in the first year, 15% growth in the second year).
• Termination of Exclusive Rights: If the distributor fails to achieve 80% of the committed order volume for two consecutive quarters without a valid reason, the company has the right to expand the sales channel to another partner in that market.

• Registration Documents: The company provides free support with the necessary documents for importers to register their products in their home countries, including: Certificate of Free Sale (CFS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Production Line Certification (HACCP/ISO).
• Marketing Support: Provides digital product images and videos (original files) for partners’ marketing efforts. Supports up to 1% of the order value with samples for tasting or complimentary gifts (cups, spoons, etc.) for promotional programs and trials at partner supermarkets.

• Incoterms: FOB delivery is encouraged at Cat Lai / Hai Phong / Da Nang (Incoterms 2020).
• Payment: Due to the complex production and packaging printing time required for finished goods: A 40% deposit is required immediately after signing the contract to begin production. The remaining 60% will be paid within 3-5 working days after receiving a scanned copy of the shipping documents (B/L). Goods will be released via Telex Release/Surrendered B/L once the company’s account has sufficient funds.
