With 100% Arabica coffee beans harvested from Chu Dang Ya volcanic area (Gia Lai) with fertile basalt volcanic soil formed by volcanic eruptions millions of years ago.
Pleiku is a land blessed with a cool climate all year round, fresh air, and has strong potential for tourism development in the future. It has long been known that in Pleiku there is an area called Chu Dang Ya – A place that is mentioned a lot when coming to Pleiku because this is an area of a volcano that stopped working millions of years ago. The traces of lava over millions of years left Chu Dang Ya as a rich, fertile red basalt land. The soil here is very rich in minerals, very suitable for growing corn, potatoes, pumpkins… The natural scenery around Chu Dang Ya is very diverse and natural.
Chu Dang Ya volcano is hidden in majestic green forests, located in Ploi Lagri village, Chu Dang Ya commune, Chu Pah district – about 23 km northeast of Pleiku city center. On the way to the volcano, you will pass many tree-lined roads on both sides, vast coffee hills with clusters of coffee trees laden with branches.
Our coffee is processed according to an exclusive recipe, bringing a rich aftertaste, a clear sour taste, and a characteristic mild bitterness.
Way we created it:
- Step 1: Choose ripe coffee berries.
- Step 2: Dry the coffee berries on the rack (with natural temperature and airflow).
- Step 3: Grind the coffee berries to remove the skin.
- Step 4: Roast the coffee beans to enhance the flavor.
Instructions for use:
- Step 1: Cut along the dotted
- Step 2: Gently shake to spread the coffee evenly in the filter and fix the bag handle over the cup’s edge.
- Step 3: Pour slowly 20ml of hot water 92 degrees Celsius – 95 degrees Celsius (198 Fahrenheit – 203 Fahrenheit) to saturated coffee. Then slowly pour about 100ml – 130ml of hot water clockwise from the outside to the inside and vice versa.
- Step 4: Remove the used filter and enjoy the perfect cup of coffee.
