Berg Wu has been carefully selecting exceptional coffees to carry his name for many years. These coffees include Washed processed coffee, Natural processed coffee, and special experimental processing techniques. This time, the coffee is Yirgacheffe Wuri’s Washed Processed Coffee, which has a pleasant aftertaste that is reminiscent of peach aroma and a good citric acid structure.
In the Gedeb district’s Worka-Sakaro mountain region sits the small coffee processing station Wuri. The word Wuri, which means “altitude” and refers to the 2000-meter elevation, implies that the Wuri processing station and the freshly harvested coffee from the surrounding farmers will undoubtedly provide exceptional coffee flavors.
