1. Natural Condition
Son La is one of the provinces with large Arabica coffee growing areas in the country. Thanks to fertile soil and favorable climate; With the diligent and creative hands of the farmers and the companionship of 1300’s, the coffee here has gradually developed better, bringing the coffee flavor of the Northwest mountains and forests far beyond.
Son La has a vast mountain system surrounded by basins and plateaus. Son La Arabica coffee is grown on slopes at the foot of low mountains or on shallow hills with altitudes from 1200m to 1500m. Cool climate conditions, high humidity with a day-night temperature difference of 10 degrees Celsius have created favorable conditions for Son La Specialty Coffee-growing.
