Ethiopia Sidamo Chire Kumburta G1 Washed, Ethiopia’s specialty Sidamo coffee is renowned, and it comes from the highland region of Chire Kumburta in Kere Woreda, Sidamo region. The Chire processing station manages coffee lots of 1-2 hectares, where coffee is harvested earlier than in other regions and goes through a rigorous washing process, in addition to over 900 smallholder farmers.
Coffee is processed by pulping, fermenting, cleaning, and drying it on racks made of hardwood and bamboo from the area. After that, the coffee is given careful attention, shielded from the sun, and turned on the racks every three weeks to guarantee the highest quality and flavor.
Ethiopia Sidamo Chire Kumburta G1 Washed is characterized by a sweet and delicate caramel layer, a dry scent of lemon zest, bergamot, and flowers, and a sweetness of white peach and soft orange blossom that reflects the care and devotion put into the product. This coffee is a celebration of Ethiopian coffee production artistry as well as the unique flavors found in the Sidamo region.
