Artisan roasting is fine for a single cafe. But when you are scaling to 10 tons a month, you need Engineering. We use advanced Profile Logging Software to record the temperature curve of every batch. We measure the Rise, the First Crack, and the Development Time to the second. This means your ‘Signature Blend’ tastes exactly the same in January as it does in July.

Fresh roasted coffee releases CO2. If you seal it tight, the bag explodes. If you leave it open, it goes stale. We use One-Way Degassing Valves imported from Europe/Taiwan. They let the CO2 out but stop Oxygen from getting in. Combined with our High-Barrier Foil Laminates (Alu/PET/PE), we guarantee a 12-18 month shelf life.

Yes, we offer tailored roasting services for wholesale partners. Whether you prefer a Light Roast to highlight acidity and floral notes, or a Dark Roast for a bold, chocolatey body, our master roasters can develop a signature profile exclusive to your business. We ensure that every batch is roasted with precision to maintain a consistent flavor across every delivery.
To ensure maximum freshness, we use high-barrier bags equipped with one-way degassing valves. This allows CO2 to escape while preventing oxygen from entering.
Roasted Beans: Best consumed within 6 months (unopened).
Ground Coffee: Best consumed within 3 months for optimal aroma. For wholesale, we typically package in 500g or 1kg bags, but we can accommodate bulk 5kg packaging upon request.
Absolutely. We can provide ground coffee customized for your specific equipment:
Coarse: For Cold Brew or French Press.
Medium: For Pour-over (V60), Chemex, or Drip Coffee.
Fine: For Espresso or Moka Pot.
Extra Fine: For traditional Vietnamese Phin or Turkish coffee. We use industrial-grade burr grinders to ensure uniform particle size, which is critical for balanced extraction.
Consistency is our top priority. We manage this through meticulous blending and sample cupping. Before any large-scale roast, we test the “New Crop” against our standard profile. If the environmental conditions of a harvest change the flavor slightly, our Q-Graders adjust the roast curve or the blend ratio to ensure the “1300s Coffee” taste your customers love remains identical year-round.
We roast on-demand to ensure you never receive “stale” stock.
Small to Medium orders: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Large Bulk/Export orders: Lead times range from 7–14 days depending on the volume and packaging requirements. We also provide tracking information and all necessary food safety certifications (HACCP/ISO) required for international distribution.
