Payment Policy

1. Conditions for product return and exchange:

– The product is still intact, with complete labels and packaging. The product still has all accessories and accompanying gifts (if any).

– The product is free from dirt, with intact labels and tags (except in cases of damage during transportation), and shows no signs of being used. You still have the confirmation of purchase from the company (through invoice or delivery note) and provide complete information to confirm the order.

– Accept returns for reasons where customers change their usage needs, however, the accepted exchange products will be based on the business policy at the time of customer request. Not applicable to products in the promotional or clearance product category.

– The time of the return request will be based on:

+ If customers send by post or courier: the time is calculated based on the receipt stamp of the post office or courier unit.

+ If customers bring or send the goods to the store for return: the time is calculated when the staff receives the returned product from the customer.

2. Cases where products cannot be exchanged or returned:

– Products with poor quality due to improper storage by the customer, placed in high humidity areas, or exposed to direct sunlight.

– Products that are cracked or no longer in their original condition (in the case of damage during transportation, please contact us immediately to update the situation and discuss the handling method).

– Labels or tags that have been removed from the product, and some other cases.

3. Return policy period:

– The deadline for requesting a return is 07 days from the date of receiving the goods. We will accept returns if the product expires before or on the day it is delivered to the customer.

– The merchandise must still be sealed and well-preserved.
