Drip
Coffee

Real Pour-Over.
No Equipment.

We engineer the Japanese-style Drip Bag format for brands that refuse to compromise. 100% Fresh Ground Arabica. Nitrogen-Flushed. Pocket-Sized.

CERTIFIED FOR GLOBAL EXPORT

Manufacturing under strict international safety standards. From ISO 22000 and HACCP compliance to CQI-verified flavor protocols by Stone Village Lab, we mitigate risk for global buyers.

The Power of
the Plateau, Concentrated.

Most instant coffee factories buy ‘commodity sludge’ off the market. We don’t.

We start at the source. Using High-Caffeine Robusta from Dak Lak and Aromatic Arabica from Khe Sanh, we control the input material. Better beans mean better crystals. We don’t need artificial flavors because we have the Red Basalt Soil.

THE TECHNOLOGIES

Freshness Locked for 1 Year

Nitrogen Flushing
Under 1% Oxygen

We remove oxygen from the sachet before sealing.

The Benefit: Oxidation stops instantly. The aroma remains volatile and potent until the bag is opened.

Ultrasonic Sealing
No Glue

The Tech: We bond the filter using sound waves, not adhesive.

The Benefit: A purely physical seal means zero chemical taste and 100% food safety compliance.

Japanese Filter
Fabric

We remove oxygen from the sachet before sealing.

The Benefit: It doesn’t clog. It doesn’t tear. It ensures a consistent, smooth flow rate for every cup.

THE INGREDIENT

Sourced Specifically for Aroma

Because Drip Bags are an open brewing method, Aroma is everything. We don’t just use any bean. We select high-density Arabica from Mang Den (1,350m) and Cau Dat (1,400m). These high-altitude beans are rich in volatile oils, ensuring your customer smells the ‘bloom’ the moment hot water hits the grounds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we co-create a custom coffee blend for our private label drip bags?

Absolutely. We specialize in co-creation (OEM/ODM). You can either select from our signature 1300s Coffee profiles (like our Mang Den Arabica or Specialty Robusta) or work with our R&D team to develop a unique blend tailored to your local market’s palate. We can adjust the roast level and bean ratios to ensure your private label stands out.

To preserve the delicate aromas for international transit, we utilize advanced Nitrogen Flushing technology. By reducing the oxygen level inside each individual sachet to less than 1%, we prevent oxidation. This ensures that when your customer opens the bag—even 12 months later—they experience the “just-roasted” fragrance of the Vietnamese highlands.

We offer full-service packaging solutions to make your brand export-ready:

Inner Sachet: Custom printing with your logo and brewing instructions.

Outer Box: Various configurations (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 sachets per box) with premium finishes like matte, gloss, or UV coating.

Filter Material: We use high-quality, non-woven Japanese filters that ensure optimal flow rate and zero paper aftertaste.

1300s Coffee operates under strict manufacturing protocols. Our facility is compliant with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards, ensuring food safety from the farm to the final sealed sachet. For export, we provide all necessary documentation, including Health Certificates, Certificates of Free Sale, and detailed lab analysis (COA) to meet the regulatory requirements of your target country.

We aim to support both growing brands and large distributors.
